I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade we received, which was spacious and beautifully comfortable with stunning sunset views. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. However, the noisy disturbances at night slightly detracted from the otherwise excellent stay.

I can't say enough good things about this fantastic hotel. The rooms were catered to our every need; however, the proximity to building works outside was a downside. The location is breathtaking, but the noise from the corridors and nearby areas could be better contained.
